Service Description
(All levels, beginners welcome) Combine strength, focus, and flow in this unique class that starts with boxing and transitions into a rejuvenating yoga practice. The boxing portion uses real technique, combinations, and training formats, adapted for all fitness levels and ages, so everyone can safely punch, move, and build strength. The yoga portion focuses on stretching the muscles used during boxing, slowing the breath, and strengthening the mind-body connection. The class ends in Savasana, leaving you centered, energized, and balanced. What to bring: -Yoga mat -Boxing gloves (optional; bring your own if you have them)

Cancellation Policy
Canceling 2 hours or less before class is subject to a $10 fee. For class packs and drop-ins the class will be forfeited.
