These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases and participation at Prana Yoga & Wellness LLC. By creating an account, booking a service, purchasing a membership, class pack, workshop/series, gift card, retail item, or participating in any class or event, you agree to the following.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Participation in yoga, fitness classes, workshops, events, and teacher training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, illness, and other bodily harm. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, you release and hold harmless Prana Yoga & Wellness LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors from any and all claims arising from participation, including claims of negligence. You affirm that you are physically able to participate and understand yoga is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

 

Age Policy
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Minors ages 13–17 may participate only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and a waiver must be completed by the parent/legal guardian prior to participation.

 

Membership Terms (Recurring Plans)
• 3-month minimum commitment required.
• Membership automatically renews monthly after the initial term unless cancelled.
• Cancellation requires 30 days written notice submitted via the Membership Change Request form
• One final payment will process during the 30-day notice period.
• Memberships are non-refundable and not prorated regardless of use.
• One 30-day pause is permitted per calendar year AFTER completion of the initial 3-month minimum commitment.
• Pause requests require at least 5 days notice.
• A pause does not shorten or satisfy the 3-month minimum commitment.
• A membership may not be paused during a cancellation notice period.
After completion of the initial 3-month term, members may request to change membership type (upgrade/downgrade). Changes may require up to 30 days notice and take effect on the next billing cycle unless otherwise approved by the Studio.

Class Booking, Late Entry, and Late Cancellation
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Doors may be locked at class start for safety and to protect the class environment. Late entry is not permitted.
Late cancellation policy:
• Cancellations less than 2 hours before class start time are subject to a $10 late cancel/no-show fee for members.
• For class packs and drop-ins, the class is forfeited for late cancels/no-shows.
No-shows are treated as late cancellations.

 

Workshops & Series
Workshop and series registrations are final sale.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the start time may receive studio credit equal to the amount paid (at the Studio’s discretion).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are forfeited and not eligible for credit.
Studio credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within 6 months.

 

Class Packs, Drop-Ins, Promotions
Class packs expire 6 months from purchase date unless otherwise noted at purchase
Drop-ins expire 1 month from purchase date.
Class packs, drop-ins, promotions, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds or extensions (except where required by law).

 

Gift Cards (Digital Gift Cards)
Gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
• Valid for one (1) year from date of purchase.
• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
• Not transferable after purchase.
• May be applied toward: single drop-in classes, regular-priced class packages, retail, workshops, and series.
Gift cards are not valid toward discounted memberships or promotional offers unless expressly stated. Lost or expired gift cards cannot be replaced.

 

Membership & Class Pack Usage / Transfers
Memberships and class packs are for the registered member only and may not be shared.
Purchases intended for another person must be explicitly identified at the time of purchase (name/email of the intended recipient) and approved by Studio staff. Post-purchase transfers are not permitted.

 

Retail Returns
• Discounted items are final sale.
• Ambre Blends items are final sale.
• Clothing may be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unworn and with tags attached.
• Other items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unused.
Return/exchange eligibility is determined at the Studio’s discretion and subject to applicable law.

 

Fulfillment (No Shipping)
All services and products are fulfilled at our studio location unless otherwise stated. We do not ship physical retail items.
Digital gift cards are fulfilled electronically via email.

 

Communications
We may communicate with you regarding your account, bookings, purchases, promotions, and studio updates via email, telephone, or text message. You may opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in our emails. You may opt out of text messages by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.

 

Teacher Training
Teacher Training deposits are non-refundable. Tuition is non-refundable once the program begins. If the Studio cancels the program, tuition paid will be refunded.
The Studio reserves the right to dismiss a student for behavior that disrupts the program or violates Studio policies. No refund will be issued in such case.

Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you certify you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize charges, including recurring charges for memberships where applicable.

 

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
