Welcome to Prana Yoga & Wellness! These guidelines help keep our space calm, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

Ages
• Participants must be 18+.
• Ages 13–17 may attend only when accompanied by a parent/guardian, with a waiver completed by the parent/guardian.

Arrive Early & Late Entry
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
• Classes start on time and doors may be locked at class start.
• Late entry is not permitted.

 

Cancellation & Late Cancel Policy
• Please cancel at least 2 hours before class.
• Members: late cancel/no-show (less than 2 hours) = $10 fee.
• Class packs & drop-ins: late cancel/no-show = class forfeited.

Membership Terms (At-a-Glance)
• 3-month minimum commitment.
• Auto-renews monthly after the initial term unless cancelled.
• 30-day electronic notice required to cancel using the Membership Change Request form located at the link in the footer or on the Rates page.
• Final payment occurs during the notice period.
• No refunds or prorating.

 

Membership Pause
• One 30-day pause per calendar year.
• Available after the 3-month minimum commitment is completed.
• Requires 5 days notice.
• Pauses are not allowed during a cancellation notice period.

 

Changing Membership Type
After the 3-month minimum, you may request to upgrade or downgrade. Changes typically take effect on the next billing cycle.

 

Class Packs, Drop-Ins & Expiration
• Class packs expire 6 months from purchase unless otherwise noted at time of purchase.
• Drop-ins expire 1 month from purchase.
• No refunds or extensions on class packs, drop-ins, promotions, or gift cards.

 

Workshops & Series
• All sales final.
• 24-hour notice may receive studio credit.
• Less than 24 hours = forfeited.
• Credits must be used within 6 months.

 

Gift Cards
• Delivered electronically via email.
• Expire 1 year from purchase.
• Non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
• May be used for drop-ins, regular-priced class packages, retail, workshops, and series.

Sharing & Transfers
• Memberships and class packs are for the registered member only and may not be shared.
• If you’re purchasing for someone else, please ask at the time of purchase so we can set it up correctly.

​

Studio Etiquette
• Silence phones and watches before entering the practice space (no phone use during class).
• No shoes beyond the lobby.
• Use whisper-level voices when entering/exiting as other classes may be in session.
• Return props neatly and respect shared space.
• We are an inclusive studio. Harassment or disruptive behavior is not tolerated.

 

Retail Returns
• Discounted items and Ambre Blends are final sale.
• Clothing: returns/exchanges within 7 days if unworn with tags.
• Other unused items: returns/exchanges within 7 days.
