Service Description

Boxing and Yoga? Yes please! This class will start with boxing, move to a flow, and end in savasana. The boxing portion of this class is unique in that it's accessible to all fitness levels and ages and use real boxing technique, form, combinations, and training set to a group fitness format. Flow that follows will be focusing on stretching the muscles used during the boxing session, slowing down the breath, and strengthening the mind body connection. What do you need? Boxing gloves (optional) Yoga Mat You can do this class with or without Boxing gloves. If you have your own, please bring them. FREE for members *Note: Class starts at the class time. If the class is on a waitlist and you are not on time, your spot will be given to the next person. Please arrive early to guarantee your spot. Late/no show fees will be applied.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling 2 hours or less before class is subject to a $10 fee. For class packs and drop-ins the class will be forfeited.
