(All levels, beginners welcome) Strengthen, sculpt, and stabilize your body in this Pilates-focused class, designed to challenge your core and build functional strength. Yoga frames the practice at the beginning to warm up and at the end to stretch, release, and close in Savasana, creating a balanced session. Move with intention, connect to your breath, and leave feeling strong, aligned, and empowered.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling 2 hours or less before class is subject to a $10 fee. For class packs and drop-ins the class will be forfeited.
