Yoga frames the practice at the beginning to warm up and at the end to stretch, release, and close in Savasana, creating a balanced session. Move with intention, connect to your breath, and leave feeling strong, aligned, and empowered.

Canceling 2 hours or less before class is subject to a $10 fee. For class packs and drop-ins the class will be forfeited.
