Service Description
(Beginners & those needing accessibility) Nurture your body and mind in our Gentle Yoga class, designed for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a slower, accessible practice. Most of the class is practiced on the floor, using mindful, supported movements and conscious breath work to cultivate ease, presence, and nervous system balance. This practice invites you to release tension, restore energy, and gently reconnect with your body in a safe, welcoming space. Leave feeling centered, calm, and quietly empowered.

Cancellation Policy
Canceling 2 hours or less before class is subject to a $10 fee. For class packs and drop-ins the class will be forfeited.
