New Year Nidra and Intention Setting
Service Description
Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" is a guided meditation bringing students to a space of deep relaxation through stillness, breathing, and spoken cues during this simple but impactful meditation. We'll begin this class with an exploration to set a personal intention (or intentions) for the New Year, and then settle into a guided Nidra practice. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary; this is an all levels class that is open to all bodies. Supportive props will be provided, but we encourage you to bring a favorite blanket and socks. Investment: Member - $1 Non-Member - $20

Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our students. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we ask that you review our policy for series and workshops: No Refunds - All payments for series and workshops are final. There are no refunds once payment has been made, regardless of attendance or cancellation. No Pro-Rated Classes - If you miss a class in a series or workshop, we are unable to offer pro-rated fees. You will not be credited for missed classes, and we encourage consistent attendance to make the most of your experience. Arrival Time - To ensure a peaceful and punctual start, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows you to settle in, avoid disruptions, and fully enjoy your practice. Late Admission - Late admission to a class is not guaranteed. If you arrive after the scheduled start time, we may not be able to admit you to the session. In this case, your payment will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellations & Gift Card Option - If you need to cancel your participation in a series or workshop, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within this window, a gift card can be issued to you, which can be applied toward another workshop, series, or class at Prana Yoga & Wellness. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and will not be eligible for a gift card.
