Fly, stretch, and play in this fun-filled aerial yoga class designed for kids and families! Using soft hammocks, kids will explore movement, build confidence, and enjoy mindful relaxation, all while having a blast! Parents are welcome to join in or drop off. No experience needed! *Note: Must arrive 5-10 minutes before class start time in order for silk to be measured and class to start on time
