Service Description
Boxing and Yoga? Yes please! We are teaming up with Josh’s Boxing for a 90 minute event! The class will start with boxing, move to a flow and end in an extended savasana. Josh’s Boxing Class is unique in that it's accessible to all fitness levels and ages and use real boxing technique, form, combinations, and training set to a group fitness format. Flow that follows will be focusing on stretching the muscles used during the boxing session, slowing down the breath, and strengthening the mind body connection. What do you need? Boxing gloves (optional) Yoga Mat You can do this class with or without Boxing gloves. If you have your own, please bring them. Investment: Members $25 Non Members $35

Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our students. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we ask that you review our policy for series and workshops: No Refunds - All payments for series and workshops are final. There are no refunds once payment has been made, regardless of attendance or cancellation. No Pro-Rated Classes - If you miss a class in a series or workshop, we are unable to offer pro-rated fees. You will not be credited for missed classes, and we encourage consistent attendance to make the most of your experience. Arrival Time - To ensure a peaceful and punctual start, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows you to settle in, avoid disruptions, and fully enjoy your practice. Late Admission - Late admission to a class is not guaranteed. If you arrive after the scheduled start time, we may not be able to admit you to the session. In this case, your payment will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellations & Gift Card Option - If you need to cancel your participation in a series or workshop, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within this window, a gift card can be issued to you, which can be applied toward another workshop, series, or class at Prana Yoga & Wellness. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and will not be eligible for a gift card.
