Service Description
This Valentine’s Day, join us for an intimate cacao ceremony designed to gently open the heart and invite connection, intention, and self-love. We’ll work with ceremonial cacao sourced from the Cacao Belt of Central America, revered for centuries as a sacred, heart-opening plant. Traditionally used to support emotional openness, clarity, and presence, cacao offers a grounding yet expansive experience. We’ll share ceremonial cacao, explore its history and gentle, supportive benefits, and move into a guided heart-centered meditation. Space is limited to preserve a calm, intentional atmosphere. Please bring a journal for reflection or inspired writing. No prior experience necessary. Come as you are. Members: $25 NonMembers: $35

Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our students. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we ask that you review our policy for series and workshops: No Refunds - All payments for series and workshops are final. There are no refunds once payment has been made, regardless of attendance or cancellation. No Pro-Rated Classes - If you miss a class in a series or workshop, we are unable to offer pro-rated fees. You will not be credited for missed classes, and we encourage consistent attendance to make the most of your experience. Arrival Time - To ensure a peaceful and punctual start, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows you to settle in, avoid disruptions, and fully enjoy your practice. Late Admission - Late admission to a class is not guaranteed. If you arrive after the scheduled start time, we may not be able to admit you to the session. In this case, your payment will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. Cancellations & Gift Card Option - If you need to cancel your participation in a series or workshop, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within this window, a gift card can be issued to you, which can be applied toward another workshop, series, or class at Prana Yoga & Wellness. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable and will not be eligible for a gift card.
